- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: NICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP required; NPS (Neonatal Pediatric Specialty Certification) 4. License: WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs; WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, weekend required every other, call not required, floating between like units required 8. RTO: 5 days offered; anything more than 5 days may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours spent; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange permitted) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Extensive list of respiratory equipment and procedures specified in skills section Critical: All travelers expected to float between various like units within skill set. 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. 1 submittal per facility limit.
