- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; MUST have at least 2 years experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics along with ED 2. Cases: Level IV NICU, pediatric cardiac anomalies 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT, RRT required; must be in-hand at submission 4. License: NC RRT or Compact license MUST be in hand; Nursys required for RNs; takes 2-4 weeks to process 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per schedule; schedule published in 6 week blocks; on-call not applicable 8. RTO: Must be included with submission, 5-7 days max; two pre-approved time off periods 9.
