Qualifications:

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required as RRT; Critical Care Experience required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, ICU, Advanced care, Med surge, IR, MRI, CT scan, Cath Lab, OR 3. Certifications: Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential through NBRC, BLS and ACLS through AHA required, PALS 4. License: Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License; any state RN license accepted, can apply for temp license on offer (5-10 days), compact license accepted 5. Education: Associate degree in Applied Science or Equivalent, Respiratory Care or NBRC approved registry requirements 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 6p-6:30am; every other weekend and holiday required; every other weekend Friday Saturday, and Sunday 8. RTO: No more than 14 days allowed; two pre-approved time off; no RTO negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Nursing 50 miles radius; locals not accepted for nursing 11. Background: Facility does not accept any past license action 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours billable, completed during orientation, up to 8 hours annually, self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Hunter Green scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, medical gas therapy, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nitric Oxide Critical: Lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract. All schedule requests, start date and RTO must be on front page of application at submittal.
