Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARRT N, CNMT, and NMTCB preferred; must be AHA certified 4. License: Florida State or compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Candidates from certain institutions not accepted (see facility document for complete list) 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable 8-hour shifts (0630-1500 or 0700-1530); no call; may float to all 4 locations 8. RTO: Required at time of submittal; finalized RTO must be included with submission; RTO not accepted after offer 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year after leaving internal contracted position 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Background policy details must be noted prior to submission for approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO; completed during orientation and annually via facility LMS system; hours vary by position 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility or any solid color acceptable 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required 10/31-3/31 with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Siemens and GE equipment Critical: Must be available for lab work within 72 hours of signing. Two references from authority figures within last year required at submittal.
