- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Trauma experience required; Pulmonary function testing (Spirometry testing) preferred; Level 2 trauma center, interventional stroke certified, Level 3 NICU 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, GA RRT License required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; also uses Pyxis, SBAR, Viasys Vela, GE Carescape, Viaysis Avea 7. Shifts/Call: No call requirements; every other weekend unless specified; floating required within facility and sister campus 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; specific blackout dates in June-August; holiday restrictions based on number of holidays during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont if cancelled or DNR 10.
