Shifts/Call: No call requirements; every other weekend; patient ratio 1:4 days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; holiday restrictions based on number of holidays during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year; canceled/DNR travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10.
