Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required 2. Cases: RRT - Acute, trauma, ED, and Critical Care experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT required; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: Pending license accepted; requires proof of address and directions from facility to legal address 5. Education: Requires 7 years of work history; must provide area of study, city/state of institution, and type of degree for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule; on-call voluntary; must work alone in critical access hospital 8. RTO: 7 days restriction; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
