- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will consider 1.5+ years for nurses with like experience 2. Cases: Respiratory Therapist for Adults and NICU units; Pediatric experience preferred for rotational basis 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CRT or RRT accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: NJ state license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every 3rd weekend required; no on call 8. RTO: Required at time of submission; late RTO requests will likely not be approved; facility may request makeup shifts 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at $5 rate differential 11. Background: Fingerprint required for Behavioral Health units only, must be completed before hard doc date 12. Modules: RNs have 6-day orientation (8hr days Mon-Fri plus following Monday); Techs have 2-day orientation 13. Travel Experience: First time traveler accepted 14. Scrubs: Ceil Blue scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Servo I, Servo U, Trilogy, Oscillator, V60, Vapotherm Critical: First to float between AC and Mainland Campus required. Must have at least 1 manager reference within last 24 months during submittal; 2 references required after offer. Hard doc date is Tuesday 4pm before start with 72-hour completion requirement.
