- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: General, Gyn, Ortho, Ortho/Total joints, Podiatry, Endo/Laparoscopic procedures including various surgeries and interventions 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CNOR & CRNFA required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies required at submission 4. License: CA RN License required; Nursys within last 2 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2 weekends per month; will split call with other RNFA 8. RTO: Only one holiday approved 9. Returning Staff: Must include former manager name during submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission; 7-year work history verification required 12.
