- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel is preferred; cardiac cath lab experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac cath lab experience required 3. Certifications: ARRT required in hand at time of submittal; copies of required certifications must be included with submittal and active 4. License: Must have permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission; facility does not accept any license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 7:30-4, no weekends, no holidays, no call 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9.
