- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, 3 years preferred 2. Cases: Invasive Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Vascular; Stents, Ablations, Paracentesis, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, & Hemo Dynamic Monitoring 3. Certifications: ARRT or RCIS, BLS, & LSRT required (will accept temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification received) 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Experience Required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend requirement once every fifth week; Call requirement 5-8 shifts depending on staffing; Holiday requirement 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any Permanent Employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: RN must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "local rate" 11. Background: Not specified 12.
