- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, 3 years preferred 2. Cases: Daily caseload 20-25/day; diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures 3. Certifications: ARRT or RCIS, BLS, and LSRT required (temp LSRT accepted) 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 5-8 shifts depending on staffing; weekend requirement once every fifth week; holiday requirement yes 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
