Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adult Outpatient, External Beam Therapy, Pancreatic Cancer 3. Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-T required; AHA preferred 4. License: MI License must be active by start date; Compact license not accepted in MI 5. Education: All allied candidates must provide proof of high school level education (strict requirement) 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; training completed in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Generally 1000-1800 or 0700/0800-1500/1600; Call 1600-2000 as needed 8. RTO: 5 day maximum per contract; must be submitted at time of submission, NOT approved after contract is signed 9. Returning Staff: Core staff must wait 1 year (12 months) before returning; must be cleared through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Travel experience required 11.
