Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required (job description states 1 year, general notes mention 18 months) 2. Cases: ED/Trauma, OR, general inpatients and ICU, outpatients, fluoroscopy, portable imaging 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted 4. License: IL state license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred/required (position specific) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 with one shift per pay period on 8s; on-call required as needed, will sign up or draw to fill 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday maximum; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: PERM or PRN employees must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius (exception: OR RNs must be 50+ miles from facility) 11. Background: Must disclose background policy prior to submission for approval 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, then billable; completed pre-start; sent Friday before start, due by 4pm CST Monday; strict deadlines enforced 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: GE, PACS, Siemens, O-ARM mentioned Critical: SSN and DOB required at submission. Lab appointment, Docusigns and Badge Photo must be completed within 1 week of signing contract. Floating 100% required to hospital or affiliate hospitals. Client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment.
