Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload per tech: 20; General Radiology including portables, Fluoro procedures, and OR procedures required 3. Certifications: ARRT R, IEMA (IL license) required 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission; Illinois license required in hand at submission (NOT a compact state) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 10 hr shifts with rotating day off; rotating 2300-0630 every other weekend; no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13 week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius rule - no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: GE, Siemens equipment Critical: IR skills preferred (paracentesis, thoracentesis, drainages). Required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
