Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 100-120; general radiography for inpatient, outpatient, ED, Fluoro, and OR 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required; only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted 4. License: Valid New Hampshire license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; McKesson experience listed 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; 2x8 hour shifts (1 weekend, 1 weekday), 2x12 hour shifts (weekdays); no call requirement 8. RTO: Can be flexible if time off requested; include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles accepted at local rate with $15 rate decrease 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Unit accepts first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
