Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Plain films, fluoro, portables; experience required in Neonate, Infant, & Geriatric; experience required in Enema Studies & Surgery/C-Arm 3. Certifications: ARRT, LSRT, & BLS required (will accept temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification received) 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend Block 9:30a-10p Friday-Sunday; rotating call required; holiday requirement 8. RTO: Minimize RTO requests from 2/13-2/22 (Mardi Gras period) 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, 2-4 hours for Allied, completed pre-start, vary by specialty, recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14.
