- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required unless specified in title/description 2. Cases: Sleep Studies; Patient Diagnoses include Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, PLMS 3. Certifications: BLS, RPSGT, OR Polysomnography License required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required; weekends required (Friday night shift extends into Saturday morning); on-call not required; patient ratios nights 2:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between perm and travel; must include response about previous Providence facility work experience 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
