Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required 2. Cases: Stroke thrombectomy, embolization, kyphoplasty, fistulagram, arteriogram with intervention, venogram with intervention, dialysis access, venous access, Y90, chest port placement, nephrostomy tube placement, PTC, g tube placement, TIPS 3. Certifications: RT (R) required, BLS required, ACLS required, VI credential preferred but not required; must be ARRT; copies required 4. License: SC or Compact license required; Nursys must be included; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for all RN roles 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 6:30a - 3p; on-call required including some weekends; float required to hybrid OR 8. RTO: Evaluated case by case; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Cannot have been permanent staff at any time; unit manager and HR must approve return 10.
