- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years Interventional Radiology experience required 2. Cases: Stroke thrombectomy, embolization, kyphoplasty, fistulagram, arteriogram with intervention, venogram with intervention, dialysis access, venous access, Y90, chest port placement, nephrostomy tube placement, PTC, g tube placement, TIPS 3. Certifications: RT(R) required, BLS required, ARRT required, VI credential preferred but not required, ACLS preferred 4. License: SC or Compact license required; Nursys must be included 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for all RN roles 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 6:30a-5p, call hours required including some weekends, float required to hybrid OR 8. RTO: Evaluated case by case, one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Cannot have been permanent staff at any time; unit manager and HR must approve return 10.
