- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required (typically 1 year in specialty) 2. Cases: Adult mental health patients with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, self-injurious behavior, suicidal behavior, trauma-and stressor-related disorders 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies of all required certifications must be included at submission 4. License: Valid state license required; license in hand preferred, otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7a to 7p; will work every other weekend (6 weekend shifts per contract); no on-call required; may float to other units to watch MH patients or be a watcher in ED for boarding mental health patients 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; any vacation plans between sign date and start date must be communicated at submission 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: Must live >100 miles from facility to apply (locals not accepted except for Radiology positions) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if there is an open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process; fingerprinting required with LiveScan technology 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required (average 8 hours); $150 stipend provided; recorded by transcripts; onsite Epic/Excellian classes are billable 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
