- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Pediatric Critical Care, Critical Care Experience, ENT, General Surgery, Ortho, Post-Op/Pre-Op 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; NRP preferred 4. License: All Swedish facilities honor active compact license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 1:2 all shifts; weekend coverage required to meet unit needs; floating required to NICU or units within skill set with orientation provided 8. RTO: Will accept up to 3 days RTO for Aya offer, anything else will be a screen 9. Returning Staff: Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility (NON SWEDISH) are eligible for travel contract if separated for at least 3 months; perm staff self schedule first, traveler to meet unit needs 10.
