Requirements

- Unit Notes:START DATE: 6/1 - Looking for summer coverage. $92 rate for clinicians who can start 6/1 or 6/15. New grads can be submitted - must have acute inpatient during clinicals - more recent the better. AZ PT Compact Eligible Candidates or AZ License Unit: PT License: AZ PT license in hand/active Required Certs: AHA BLS Case types: total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsis Caseload: 8-10 per day Setting: Acute Inpatient Areas covered: ED & Med Surg Required experience: Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication - At least one year of experience outside of clinicals. There are PTAs. Scheduling/weekends: 5x8's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days/month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). No Self Scheduling Holidays: rotate Scrub Color: Royal Blue Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment 36, 40, or 48 for a 13 week assignment. For all 26-week assignments, the cancellation policy will be doubled. Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:True License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:2 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:8 or 10 hour days Required Certifications:BLS Certification
