- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Acute Rehab Unit coverage; previous ARU or SNF experience desirable 3. Shifts/Call: M-F schedule, rotate 2 times monthly for Saturdays with weekday flex; no on-call 8. RTO: Always needs facility approval 9.
