- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum Physical Therapy experience required; must support at least 2 years experience in previous 3 years 2. Cases: Outpatient Clinic Experience required; Orthopedic experience required; Neurological Therapist Experience preferred; ideally able to treat both Ortho and Neuro patients 3. Certifications: MD PT License and BLS required; LSVT BIG Certification preferred 4. License: Must have either compact license or MD license; some units accept pending MD license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting System Experience required; system name not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days Monday-Friday with alternating start times; patient ratio 2 during days 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10.
