Cases: Home Health PT; may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard 3. Certifications: BCLS required 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC/Oasis required; must have Oasis experience 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days only (cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s); no on-call required; no weekend requirement 8.
