- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Colonoscopies, EGDs, Esophageal Manometries, Anorectal Manometries, pH Studies, Paracentesis; screening/surveillance colonoscope/EGD, ascites 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required; RQI certifications will NOT be accepted 4. License: Pending license accepted at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1-2 lates per week (scheduled to work past 1730, average leave time 1900-2000) 8. RTO: No RTO during first 7 days or last day of contract; 7 days or less preferred for auto-approval; one holiday bundle max preferred; greater than 7 days needs approval 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees allowed to return as travelers if out of system for 12 months or more 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 100 miles; non-local driver's license required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours, beyond 4 hours is non-billable; completed during orientation and annually via learning central 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided scrubs are green, can purchase black scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
