- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Daily caseload 5-6 units; ortho, cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, diabetes 3. Certifications: BLS required; Wound Care preferred; ACLS required for RNs by compliance deadline 4. License: State license required at time of submission (Illinois license in hand required; Missouri accepts MO or compact license) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system throughout BJC; Epic experience required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 M-F 8am-4pm; every other weekend required; no on-call required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13.
