Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required; experienced candidate who can work independently with little guidance 2. Cases: Hip pain, back pain, knee pain, balance, general strengthening, post op ortho 3. Certifications: BLS required; all required certs must be attached at submission 4. License: WA License required; must have proof of application at submission (license not required in hand) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience not required but information needed for facility; dependent on unit 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 0800-1630; patient ratio 1:1 days; floating to different units expected 8. RTO: 3 days for auto offers, 7 days for regular offers; all RTO must be approved before signing; some holidays okay depending on unit 9. Returning Staff: Must be separated from PeaceHealth System for at least one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals not accepted; does not accept first-time travelers 11. Background: Traveler statement required for any background or license hits; facility asks if they feel remorseful; will not accept travelers with more than one DUI 12.
