Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist – Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• DE is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 Year Experience
• Home health and HCHB Experience
• BLS
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB
