- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Daily patient load of 11; supports Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary, Neurological, Lymphedema, and Pelvic Health 3. Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) required; AZ fingerprint clearance card required; Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Wound Care preferred; Hand Therapy, Lymphedema, Wound Care preferred 4. License: AZ license or Compact license required upon submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting system 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 5x8 or 4x10; no call required; weekends as needed; may float to surrounding outpatient clinics 8. RTO: Can auto approve 5 days or less for ICU, MS/TELE, PCU specialties if not on holiday; unit manager approval required; must work 2 out of 3 holidays; no RTO during first week 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must wait 12 months; return travelers ineligible if cancelled within 10 days of start date; must note previous employment details 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted 11. Background: Complete state releases for GA, NV, NH, MA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands to prevent delays 12. Modules: Average 6 hours; billable for all hours; completed during first week of orientation; recorded by LMS transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; first-timers accepted 14.
