- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required (will consider 1 year but prefer 2 years) 2. Cases: Ortho/Neuro cases; will consider someone who has more ortho than neuro; 8-9 patients/day for PT one on one treatment 3. Certifications: BLS and State license required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; no specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Occasional Saturday if needed; no weekends typically 8. RTO: Must be discussed prior to signed contract; no additional requests accepted after contract signed; always needs facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee must be gone for at least 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule 11.
