- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4-5 years required in endovascular and ALL ortho procedures; 5 or more years needed for well rounded skills 2. Cases: Endovascular and ALL Orthopedic procedures required; Ortho-spine, Ortho-sports medicine, Ortho-Joints preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT R & CT, Fluoro, BLS and CST required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: No specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: PM shifts, rotating weekends required; can take call if offered 8. RTO: Always needs facility approval; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee must be gone for at least 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; float required to other campuses as needed 11.
