Experience: 2 years inpatient clinical experience including sterile compounding (within last 6 months); inpatient RN travelers must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: CPHt, completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred 4. License: Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7.
