Cases: Peds Cardiac Stepdown - infants/young adult patients with congenital heart disease, cardiac transplant and complex care patients who are trach/ventilator dependent 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; must be in-hand at time of submission 4. License: NC or Compact license required; must be in-hand; Nursys required for RNs with submissions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend; 3:1 patient ratio days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Must be included with submission, 5-7 days maximum 9. Returning Staff: Any previously permanent employment at Duke University Health System must be included in employment history; candidate must not have been permanent Duke employee within past 6 months 10.
