- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Pediatric cardiac intensive care unit, complex congenital heart 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; must be in-hand at time of submission 4. License: NC or Compact license required; must be in-hand; Nursys required for RNs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating required; 1:1 patient ratios 8. RTO: 5-7 days max; must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Any previous Duke University Health System employment must be included in employment history; cannot have been permanent Duke employee within past 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
