Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 8-12 daily caseload; Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Cardiac Arrhythmias procedures including coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, permanent pacemakers 3. Certifications: ARRT, Fluoro Permit, BLS, ACLS required; RCIS not accepted unless 5+ years experience; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required up to 4 days a week; up to 2 weekends in 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Must be approved at time of submission; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
