- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Previous Charge Experience required 2. Cases: Colon/EGD procedures, Urology, Neuro, Orthopedics, GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, RFA, Paracentesis, Diagnostic Imaging BX's, Cath lab procedures, Vascular, General surgery, ENT, Plastics 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; able to function in preop, postop and PACU; float required between pre, post & PACU; no call required; no weekends required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; must request all RTO/scheduling requests up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must include response about previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; all travelers should be prepared to float within facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
