- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; travel experience required for all specialties 2. Cases: STEMI, nSTEMI, Cardiac Arrhythmias; PCI, PTCA, Temp Pacer, iFr, IVUS, Shockwave, RHC, LHC 3. Certifications: BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA required; either ARRT (R) OR RCIS required; must be in hand at submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-3:30p shifts; on call at least 15 weekdays per month (4:30pm-7am) and 48 hour call every other weekend and prn; holidays prn; float required 8. RTO: No major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; only one pre-approved time off 9.
