- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PACU experience required 2. Cases: Ortho, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Neuro-Spine, Pediatrics, General, Colo-Rectal, ENT, Bariatrics, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, Robotics, Women's; preferred experience with pediatric recovery; acuity ranges from ICU to Outpatient 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 12 hours of call per scheduling period; weekend nights per rotation; ratio 1:2; float required between PACUs to sister location TMC Rincon 8. RTO: Max 7 days, no holidays; holiday RTO or longer than 7 days only considered for hard-to-fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history with any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; NO LOCALS accepted 11. Background: Only ONE DUI on record eligible if occurred one year or more ago; multiple DUIs or DUI within one year disqualified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
