- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (preferably ICU experience or 2+ years high acuity PACU) 2. Cases: High acuity patient population age 12+, TEE, cardioversion, epidural block placement, lumbar injections 3. Certifications: ACLS and BCLS required, CCRN and CPI preferred, Relias EKG required 4. License: No pending licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 0530, every other Saturday (2 Saturdays every 4 weeks), call required 8. RTO: 1 week max, minimal RTO, cannot accommodate during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate, floating within hospital required 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: RN 5-6 hours non-billable, completed pre-start; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention if required 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted with strong experience 14. Scrubs: Any color allowed, scrubs provided for OR personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, arterial line management, ventilated patient care Critical: 40-hour orientation, patient ratios 1:1 or 1:2, 2 supervisory references required at submittal, compliance deadline 3 business days prior to start.
