- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; inpatient acute PACU is hardstop requirement 2. Cases: Surgical and procedural trauma, general, orthopaedics, spine, urology, neuro, vascular, cardiology- EP, pacemaker, watchman, endoscopy 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCRN, PALS, CPAN required; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: Valid CA state license in hand required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends; call requirements not specified 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at submission time; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate; floating to ASC, HH, & PVH required 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
