- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; critical care experience or Level I Trauma Center experience required 2. Cases: Surgical patients including GU, GYN, Colorectal, minimally invasive procedures, Bariatric, some ENT; Level I Trauma Center cases 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Vents, IV start, Telemetry, Critical Care required; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: MO or compact license required (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 1900-0730, Monday-Friday; 24 hours of call per 6-week period required; night shift nurses pre-op patients 0530-0730 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no RTO first week of assignment; no new RTO after submission; 7+ days requires manager approval 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except PCT, CNA, MA 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13.
