- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in specialty; 1 year PICU OR ICU and 1 year phase 1 experience in mixed peds/adult PACU at level 1 trauma hospital 2. Cases: 70% Adults 30% Peds; must handle neonates-geriatrics; specific scenarios include pediatric ICU patients, pyloric stenosis, tonsil rebleed, scald burn injuries, and various trauma cases 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC or ATCN or TACR (advanced trauma cert); must be in-hand at submission 4. License: Must have license in hand to submit; disclose any license hits at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4-6 call shifts per 6-week schedule; 1:2 ratios days/nights/weekends; weekend coverage varied 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates 75 miles or less at lower rate; must notify AM if local at submittal 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits at time of submission 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours billable; completed onsite or at home pre-start and annually; recorded by facility 13.
