- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; minimum 1 year ICU experience; IR PACU experience with phase 1 recovery required 2. Cases: IR PACU procedures; pre/post IR procedures; pediatric patients; phase 1 recovery and ICU patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required (PALS not required at submission but must be willing to obtain prior to start) 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at submission; no license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hour shifts; rotating 6a/7a/8a start times; 3-4 late stays per 6 weeks; call 2-3 shifts per 6 weeks; 1 hour response time 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any requests after offer will not be approved; two pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6 months to return as traveler; must disclose previous work at facility for eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: IR RN 75-mile radius; locals not accepted 11.
