- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years PACU required; Phase I and II experience required; Ophthalmology experience required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Ophthalmology, orthopedics, cataracts, general surgery, robotic surgery, plastic surgery, podiatry, GYN, breast surgeries 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required 4. License: CA license required; must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Meditech for charting 7. Shifts/Call: Post shift call required 1800-2100; weekend coverage not required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12.
