- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: ICU experience required; Pediatric PACU, Phase I, Phase II recovery, and Pre-post experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; C-EFM NCC certification required for L&D RNs 4. License: DC license in hand required for DC locations; compact license or MD license required for MD locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: CERNER required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 evening/night rotation with 1300-2330 & 1900-0730 shift times; call required possibly 5-6 per six week period; 2 weekends per 6 weeks 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Must have been separated for minimum of one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Facility and unit-specific Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; billable up to 4 hours, average 12 hours; completed pre-start and potentially during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam achieving 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms.
