- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: PACU and Short Stay only; must have Pediatric experience (HARD STOP) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; copies of all certifications must be sent 4. License: State-specific license required; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Complete degree information required including area of study, institution city/state, and degree type; 7 years work history required (8/2015-present) 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage per needs of unit; on-call requirements not specified 8. RTO: Maximum 7 total days in 13 week assignment 9. Returning Staff: First-time travelers not accepted; cancellation with less than 14 days notice results in system DNR 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required at submission 11. Background: Zero 30+ day employment gaps allowed 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; Trauma Level II experience required 14.
