Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years RN OR experience required 2. Cases: Urology, Peds Urology, Peds General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Plastics, ENT, DaVinci Robotic Surgery, and some GYN; must be proficient in main OR surgeries 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, PALS preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: Call required 1-2 shifts/week including nights and weekends; 2 weekend calls per 6-week schedule; average 50-54 hours of call per 6-week schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no holidays; longer RTO only considered for hard-to-fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history at any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; NO LOCALS accepted 11.
