- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission (minimum 1 year with pediatric experience preferred) 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including adult and congenital procedures, EP, Hybrid OR cross-training 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS required; must be traditional AHA (does not accept RQI); copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license preferred at submission; Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license required 5. Education: Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program; Bachelor's degree preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 0700-1730; on-call required; weekends only when taking call 8. RTO: Must have upfront, maximum 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates; floating within hospital or affiliate hospitals per unit 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system with comprehensive lifetime review 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; RN average 4.5 hours, Non-RN average 2.25 hours; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: No prints allowed; scrubs provided for OR 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Complex radiologic imaging equipment including fluoroscopy and ultrasonography Critical: Compliance documents due one week prior to start; labs within 48 hours of signing; references and 7-year work history verification required; Relias exams require 85% or higher score.
