- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Extensive surgical procedures including abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, hysterectomy, abdominoplasty, ALIF, ankle fusion, cervical fusion, appendectomy, arthroscopy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, craniotomy, Da Vinci Xi cases, hernia repair, spinal fusion, joint replacements, and many others 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid Maryland or Compact license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 16 hours call per month required 8. RTO: No RTO accepted after auto offer; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone at least 1 year; reviewed case by case 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; candidates float within hospital within scope 11. Background: Not specified 12.
